Long/heavy cores remain close to the floor for smarter safer, ergonomics. HIGHER SPEED AND BETTER QUALITY- Ehrhardt Tool total control burner system allows you to modulate blower speed electronically. Changes in blower speed create matching changes in gas flow to give you a wide range of BTU values. When combined with variable belt speed and manifold adjustment your process is completely in your control, electronically, and without having to make hand adjustments to flow scopes, air dampers etc.. ALUMINUM CORE PROCESS CAPABILITY- Previously just a dream, our close tolerance heating system allows you to process aluminum cores in the same fashion as copper.
